Our Journey to Community Impact

Prescription Drug Discount Card

Since establishing HELPLINE, an information and referral call center, in 1994 San Juan United Way has been able to provide a conduit and a linkage between individuals seeking services and the agencies providing assistance to individuals throughout the Four Corners.
Often, when individuals need help and are not sure where to turn for assistance, the HELPLINE Information and Referral Program helps fill that gap by providing information on hundreds of health and human service agencies throughout San Juan County and the entire state of New Mexico.

The HELPLINE Resource Guide serves as a valuable resource tool for area caseworkers and HR personnel who need to be able to efficiently provide services to their clients or employees, thereby enhancing community relations.

San Juan United Way sponsors a yearly Community Day of Caring for both our partner agencies and other non-profits throughout the community. HELPLINE has handled more than 48,000 calls since its inception. HELPLINE services can be reached by calling: 326-HELP (326-4357), toll-free 1-800-632-0010 or dial 2-1-1 from a landline phone in the local Farmington area.
