This area is for our Employee Campaign Managers (ECM) who provide leadership to the campaigns within their workplaces. Here you will find many tools that have been tried and true and will help you to create a successful campaign.
Whether a single ECM or, ideally, an ECM committee, these people assist in all steps of the planning process and also provide support as the activities of the campaign take place. We offer two half day training events annually to assist ECMs with creating successful campaigns and providing a year round United Way presence in their workplaces. The training features sessions for both the novice and experienced campaigners.

Be sure to report the names of all your Leadership donors so United Way can recognize them and so they can receive all the benefits offered to members of the leadership programs.
